Condition Wash Condition Method

The other day I read a Curly Nikki article on a recent washing method, the condition wash condition method. I was curious and decied to try it out to see if it's any good.

Method:

• Wet hair
• Add conditioner ( I used two conditoners as a deep treatment for this step and left them in for an hour)
• Work shampoo through hair (do NOT rinse out the conditioner before you apply the shampoo
• Wash both shampoo and conditioner out of hair
• Condition hair again ( I skipped this step and used my condish spray instead)
• Rinse hair, gently.

Now, I used Herbal Essences None of Your Frizzness as my shampoo and V05 Free Me Freesia and Suave Professionals Sleek Conditioner (reviews coming soon ) . The technique calls for shampoo and conditioner that are very good, but I was dying to try out the suave condish and I've been experimenting with the HE. 

 I didn't see and major difference in how my hair felt, at all really. It didn't feel any softer or any cleaner than it normaly felt. I clearly tweaked the method a bit but I will try it  again to see if it is any different.
